Owned and operated by Tim Philp, who also runs the award-winning The Frying Deutschmann food truck, Dad’s Diner is all about homemade goodness and warm hospitality. Almost everything on our menu is made in-house, ensuring every bite is packed with fresh, handcrafted quality.
Tim’s dedication to great food has earned him several culinary awards in both Regina and Saskatoon, and his passion shines through in every dish. Our specialties include crispy schnitzel, tender spaetzle, juicy handmade burgers, and our famous, can’t-miss cinnamon buns.
